Unusual Dugway (?) Thunderegg with Banded White Core

An unusual specimen identified as a Dugway thunderegg but with a matrix not matching anything I have seen previously. The matrix here can definitely vary though, so it might be! Whatever it is, it's an extraordinary thunderegg!
