Janos Thundereggs

A distinctive but frustrating location - relativly rare and usually incomplete. These were often broken to extract the agate from the nodules and true whole nodules are extremely hard to find. The agate cores are usually quite thin and often strikingly colourful, leading to their other name of Rainbow Agate.
