Mill Creek Drainage - Mill Creek/Stein's Pillar

The official tag is apparently just 'Mill Creek' - but they are perhaps more familiar under the name of Stein's Pillar - after a dramatic rock formation in the area. That makes more sense as there is a large number of thunderegg beds in the mill creek area. Some people seem to speak of this location in the past tense, but according to the provider of the eggs below, it is still under a private claim and they are still available in small measures. But this is a very small thunderegg deposit, making these a rare egg whatever it's current situation. They are also among the most colorful of all those from the Mill Creek area.
