Striking Smeared Buchanan Thunderegg

This is a Buchanan - i say that with all profundity since a really fine typical specimin is perhaps not seen as often as you might expect. In this case, with it's pale matrix and untidy and smeared red agate interior, this is a strikingly colourful thunderegg.

From one of the "Buchanan" area deposits in Eastern Oregon
