Cougar Trap Thundereggs
So named because of the discovery of an illegal Cougar trap nearby (which was removed and reported), this is a recently discovered bed by by Jason Hinkle and friends. It is one of three very similar beds featuring a distinctly flattened form with a very pale yellowish and brittle matrix. The others, found nearby, are Wilson Creek Road and Hole In the Wall. These Cougar Trap stones also seem to be characteristed by a very simple grey agate - and very complex core boundary, with all sorts of growths and mineralisations.
