Unknown Thunderegg 2

Another unknown specimen. Looking at it, I am not quite sure what to make of it. Judging by the picture, the polish seems less than ideal, which could be obscuring a lot of detail. i can see what looks like saw marks and the edge seems very worn. Maybe it was hand-sanded or something. What is revealed though is some very tantalizing colours in the matrix - rippling green and red-brown. Passing this pic on to expert friends only yielded the thought that the matrix did not look like anything in Oregon - so this probably isn't a stone from thunderegg central! It could also mean that it is something from outside the USA - just possibly mexico? But i certainly cant say that with any authority!
