Mexican Thunderegg Geode - from Zacatecas
From Zacatecas, Mexico, southeast of Durango.
An outstanding example of a crystalline geode thunderegg. This Mexican egg almost looks edible, as though you could eat it with a spoon. It is filled with soft and succulent looking crystal, which is surrounded by a band of agate that resembles nothing so much as strawberry jam - The whole encased in a soft looking brown and tan outer matrix.
Size: 2 7/8"w x 3"h x 1 3/8"d. Weight: 8 oz.
